In keeping with our commitment to transparency and knowledge exchange, we must maintain confidentiality. In exchange for access to the Woodmark members’ benchmarking reports, datasets or related materials I hereby agree to the following conditions:
- I understand and agree that the reports, datasets and related materials are intended for and will be used only as an internal reference to advance best practices. I will only use these data for internal research and education purposes.
- I will not release, furnish, disclose, publish or otherwise disseminate these data to any person except another member of my organization’s fundraising staff or board of directors.
- I understand that the Woodmark Group shall retain all ownership rights to the data. I shall have no right, title, or interest to any of the data provided by the Woodmark Group, except the data from my organization.
- I agree to reference the Woodmark Group as the source of the data in all internal reports, publications, tables, graphs, or other internal products produced from the data.
- As long as I have possession of materials related to the benchmarking initiative, I will maintain in effect the policies and procedures on confidentiality of information.
